To access your membership area, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Reset your passwords
Navigate to our Membership login page, then click on "forgot password?"
A new screen display. Here, input your email address and click "Get New Password". Accordingly, an email will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in your email to reset your password.
If you purchased our plugins before October 2021, you might get the following error message when trying to reset passwords.
It means that you haven’t got a membership account yet. If that’s the case, simply go to our Membership account page to create one.
Step 2: Access membership area
Once you’ve reset the password, simply log in to your membership area using your email and password.
Step 3: View license information
After signing in to your membership account, you can:
- View all licenses associated with your email address
- View detailed information of each license, including activated site URLs
- Cancel subscriptions
- Download plugins and extensions
- Download invoices (WIP)
- Remove staging sites (WIP)
